Overview
Mandela Nkunika is the Managing Partner of Mandela & Partners Legal Practitioners. Before assuming his current leadership role, he practised at Simeza, Sangwa & Associates and later served as a partner at ZS Legal Practitioners.
Through these roles, he gained experience in demanding legal assignments and in advising clients on contentious and non-contentious matters. His litigation practice is grounded in careful case assessment, detailed preparation and strategic advocacy — helping clients understand the strengths, risks and practical implications of their cases.
As Managing Partner, he is responsible for the firm's strategic leadership, professional standards and client service, while overseeing complex matters and working closely with the firm's lawyers.
